Returns & Cancellation Policy

What is your returns policy on complete orders?

Should you wish to return your order in full, you have 14 days to return the goods unused and in their original packaging to our warehouse- all refunds will be less delivery and collection charges as well as a re-stocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days following receipt of the return. View T&Cs for further information.

What is your returns policy on spare tiles?

Due to the variation which occurs with natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, decorative & glazed materials we operate a non-return policy on spare tiles.

It should be noted that any surplus tiles are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur after the tiles have been installed.

What is your returns policy on fixing materials?

Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials. We can provide an approximate figure for the level of coverage per product but we advise being led by your professional installer for the most accurate quantities required for your project.

What is your cancellation policy?

On stocked items, we can provide a full refund on orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Our non-stock/bespoke orders are non refundable or amendable once the order has been processed.

If an order is packed but not dispatched, amendments to the order can be made, but will be subject to a repacking charge and may result in the delivery being delayed.
