Delivery

When should I have my tiles delivered?

We recommend having your tiles delivered 7 days prior to installation. This allows time for you to unpack and acclimatise your tiles. We strongly advise against delivery on the day before/same day as installation.

Can I collect my order from a showroom?

Unfortunately our showrooms do not hold stocks of any products.

Can I collect my order from the warehouse?

At present, we are unable to facilitate customer collections. We are able to accept third party hauliers on your behalf, please ask the sales team for further information.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Standard deliveries are made between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Monday - Friday. We are unable to provide an ETA for delivery (even on the morning of delivery).

Should you require a specific time slot, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Please request this with a member of our sales team when placing your order.

How will my delivery be made?

Our standard deliveries are made on a 18 tonne rigid lorry, with a mechanical tail lift and manual pallet truck.

Due to the weight of each crate (up to 1000kg), your order will be delivered to the nearest accesible point - this may be at the kerbside. Should you have any access restrictions or require delivery on your property, please speak to a member of our sales team who can look into alternative delivery methods for you.

Do I need to make any preparations in advance of my delivery arriving?

Each crate weighs approx 1000kg and is approx 1m x 1.2m in size, it is advisable to make room on site for your order.

Our crates arrive shrink wrapped however, we recommend storing your order internally in a dry and dark space, that avoids extreme temperatures. If you need to store your order outside, please speak to a member of the team to discuss suitability.

All our orders require a signature from a responsible adult, please ensure there is someone on site to check and sign for the order.

Your delivery driver is unable to unpack your order or take away your packaging. We recommend having assistance on site who are able to help with unpacking your order. See our unpacking guide for further information.

How to know if I have restricted access?

Our deliveries are loaded onto 18 tonne rigid lorries (larger than a fire engine). If any of the below is applicable to your delivery address, please do let us know in advance so we can look at alternative delivery methods.

Height or width restrictions
Tight bends
Overhanging trees
Unloading restrictions
Low bridges
Vehicle restrictions

The standard lorry is too big for my property...

If your property has restricted access, there are two alternative delivery methods available.

7.5 tonne lorry - These are smaller lorries, however they can only transport 3 crates at a time and have a max crate weight of 750kg (instead of 1000kg). This method may increase the cost of your delivery.

Moffett - A specialist delivery with a moffett offload (a small forklift truck is attached to the lorry). The lorry will park as safe to your property as possible and use the moffett to manouvre the pallets. Please note due to the mast, a moffett is unable to unload the pallets inside a garage.

This delivery option is subject to an additional cost, and flexibility with your delivery date.

I can't take a kerbside delivery - what are my options?

In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery with a moffatt offload (a small forklift truck is attached to the lorry). The moffett can manoeuvre pallets over uneven terrain. Please note due to the mast, a moffatt is unable to unload the pallets inside a garage.

This delivery option is subject to an additional cost, and flexibility with your delivery date. Please speak with our sales team for further information.

How is the delivery cost calculated?

All our deliveries are carried out by third party hauliers. The cost of delivery is calculated by total weight and postcode.

Do you deliver to N.Ireland & R.O.I?

We can ship orders to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Delivery is charged per crate, based on your locality – please enquire for pricing. Please note customs import charges may apply and the lead time is longer than mainland UK deliveries. EORI numbers will be required for delivery to ROI.

Do you ship to the US and overseas?

We do not ship to the US or overseas, however, we are able to accept collection from a third-party haulier on your behalf. Please note customs import charges may apply and EORI numbers will be required for delivery - please enquire for more information.

Can I track my delivery?

Due to the heavy haulage nature of our deliveries, tracking is unavailable. If your order has not arrived by 2pm, please contact our delivery team who can assist further. Please note our delivery team are unable to assist with estimated arrival times until 2pm (this is the earliest we can receive updates from hauliers).

Should you require an AM or PM delivery, please request this with a member of the sales team when placing your order. Please note additional charges will apply .
