Abbey Time Worn Sandstone Tiles - Second Selection

The Abbey sandstone tiles display soft putty tones in a time worn finish that creates a textured surface displaying both smooth and matt. This finish mimics the aging of centuries of footfall, complimented with aged worn edges. This natural stone offers white through to ivory and beige hues, with a soft flowing movement, accents of warmer tones and intricate details, as well as occasional copper flecks and darker spots. These beautiful tiles are a dense and hardwearing option, perfect for internal and external applications.

Due to the variance of texture for the time worn look, there will also be a variance in light reflection across the surface, particuarly evident in naturally lit spaces such as near bifolds and French doors. Please note, these tiles are uncalibrated and a slight variation of thickness between tiles is to be expected. Tiles should be graded prior to installation to achieve the best finish. This second selection of the Abbey Time Worn Sandstone tiles features some water markings and white dots on the surface of the tiles, which does not meet our usual quality control standards.

This product is sold as seen and there may be missing or damaged packaging.

Delivery

We offer two convenient delivery options -

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Express Delivery: 2 working days (cut off midday)

Key information -

• At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery date that works for you.
• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm.
• If you require a timed delivery slot, these can be arranged during ordering (additional charges may apply).
• Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout.
• For a quick estimate, our Delivery Calculator is available on every product page - simply enter your postcode.
• All orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service only. This means your pallet will be placed at the nearest safe access point to your property.
• Please note drivers are unable to move tiles beyond the drop off point or bring them inside your home.
• In the event of a standard kerbside service being unsuitable, we can offer a specialist delivery. Please contact us for further information.

Returns

• If your order has been delivered and you change your mind, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt.
• The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
• All returns must be sent directly back to our warehouse.
• Once received and inspected, refunds for resalable goods will be processed within 14 days.
• Please note that returns requested outside of the 14 day cancellation period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• Returns are not accepted for clearance or discontinued items, seconds, or job lots.
• Due to storage conditions and shelf life, we operate a non-return policy on fixing materials.
