An appointment is not needed to visit one of our showrooms. However, during busy periods (such as Saturdays), we do advise booking an appointment if you need assistance from one of our sales advisors.

Yes we do! Following your appointment, a member of the team will be able to provide you with hand samples of your favourite tiles.
Each showroom has toys and treats to keep small hands occupied - we kindly ask that children remain supervised at all times.
We love welcoming well behaved four legged friends into our showrooms - however please do ensure they are mud free and kept on a lead at all times. We kindly request a maximum of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog are bought in at any one time.
As the Surrey showroom is a listed building, we unfortunately cannot make adaptations so it is not suitable for visitors with mobility impairments.
No, unfortunately our showrooms do not hold any stock. All orders are dispatched for our warehouse and are subject to current lead times.
How to reach us
By car: Located off of junction 8 of the M25, just outside of Merstham Village. Upon exiting the M25 take the first exit onto Reigate Hill/A217 continue along Back Lane onto Gatton Bottom, followed by London Road North (A23) where our showroom is situated on the right-hand side, just behind 'Greystone Court'. It is a wooden gated entrance with access via an intercom system. Parking is available on site, including one electric car port.
By train: Merstham station is approximately a ten minute walk from our showroom with a frequent service to London Victoria and wider Surrey.
