Ordering Samples

Up to four complimentary samples can be ordered online or over the phone. Simply click the 'Add Sample' button on your preferred product page.

Should you require more samples, we can send up to 8 samples for £5 - this cost will automatically be applied at checkout.

Our hand samples are approx. 150mm by 100mm in dimension (roughly the size of your hand). Due to their size, samples are purely an indicative guide and cannot show all possible variations or textures.

We highly recommend visiting our showrooms to see a full size tile or display.

The lead time for samples is approx 3-5 working days. If you require your samples urgently, please do let us know in the notes section upon checkout and we will do our best to accomodate this.

We offer full tile samples for majority of our decorative and metro ranges.

At present, full size tile samples of large format stone and porcelain cannot be ordered on our website. Please get in touch with our sales team who will be able to process this request.

Please note we cannot process multiple orders of the same full size tile sample as an alternative method to a tile order. Our sample service is a free delivery option to guide you in your decision making process. Actual tile orders must be placed as full boxes with a delivery charge calculated at checkout.
