How to order complimentary samples
Up to four complimentary samples can be ordered online or over the phone. Simply click the 'Add Sample' button on your preferred product page.
Should you require more samples, we can send up to 8 samples for £5 - this cost will automatically be applied at checkout.
What should I expect with my samples
Our hand samples are approx. 150mm by 100mm in dimension (roughly the size of your hand). Due to their size, samples are purely an indicative guide and cannot show all possible variations or textures.
We highly recommend visiting our showrooms to see a full size tile or display.
How soon will I receive my samples
The lead time for samples is approx 3-5 working days. If you require your samples urgently, please do let us know in the notes section upon checkout and we will do our best to accomodate this.
Can I order a full sized tile sample?
At present, full sized tile samples cannot be ordered on our website. Please get in touch with our sales team who will be able to process this request.
Why am I unable to add a sample to my basket?
It may be that this item is currently OOS and we are waiting for the arrival of our next shipment. Please contact our sales team who will be able to assist.
Can I order samples to N.Ireland & R.O.I?
We can send up to 4 hand samples for £6 to NI and £15 to RoI.
