Ramon is incredibly passionate about his business and personally travels the world's factories & quarries to source the beautiful materials you can see online and in our showrooms. The journey started by importing handmade terracotta from Spain back in 1995, quickly progressing to slate and travertine, and then to limestone and marble. Ramon has now grown Quorn Stone into one of the UK's biggest natural stone tile retailers. He has a reputation within the stone world for the high quality products sourced from suppliers, whilst maintaining retail prices with unbeatable value. Ramon’s favourite stone is Crema Castello polished limestone.
Judy Fernandez
Director & Sales Advisor
Judy has been integral to the development of Quorn Stone over the years. After successfully building up her own nursery school in Quorn for over 15 years she joined Ramon at Quorn Stone in 1997 to start a new venture! 20 years later and Judy is a firm favourite with our customers. Her welcoming and friendly persona coupled with her knowledge of natural stone enables customers to buy from us with the upmost confidence. Outside of the office, Judy loves to get the family together and spend Sunday afternoons taking Lola on walks in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside! Judy’s favourite stone is the Florence Sandblasted & Brushed.
Joshua Fernandez
Managing Director
Joshua has been involved with the business for as long as he can remember. During this time, Joshua has worked in all areas, with a true understanding of what makes the company tick and the type of products our customers desire. After obtaining a 2:1 in Economics from the University of Sheffield, Josh jumped straight back into the business with a knowledge of stone coupled with his degree, helping to develop and grow Quorn Stone | MyStoneFloor in the market place. He is a keen traveller, visiting over 27 countries... only 169 to go! Joshua's favourite stone is Charleston Light brushed limestone which he has laid in his own kitchen.
William Olivier

William joined the Quorn Stone | MyStoneFloor team around two years ago. Generating a real passion for natural stone and the projects we work on, its safe to say... he's never looked back! Outside of work, Will is a keen mountain biker, exploring trails across the UK with plans to explore some European trails later on in 2017. Will shares Josh's passion for travel, hiking the Inca Trail, Peru back in November 2016. Will's favourite stone is Crema Castello tumbled limestone.
Isabel Fernandez

Isabel recently obtained a 1st Class Honours degree in Business & Marketing from Nottingham Trent University. As part of Isabel’s degree, she spent a placement year working with Bosch gaining a great understanding of being part of a team, as well as her individual role. Bringing this experience into Quorn Stone | MyStoneFloor coupled with her degree knowledge, Isabel has had an instant impact helping to extend our product range into the Porcelain sector whilst promoting sales in all areas of the company. Isabel’s favourite stone is Adriatic Blue polished marble... she's always had expensive taste!
Rachel Prestwich

Rachel joined us in 2017, bringing a wealth of really useful expertise to the company. Rachel's main role is photographing your lovely completed projects, followed by managing all things design, imagery and social media related. Rachel's friendly, professional approach is quickly making her a firm favourite with customers and staff alike. We're all a bit jealous of Rachel's role... who wouldn't love seeing all of our customers wonderful finished projects. Rachel's favourite stone is Farrow Grey tumbled limestone.

Carl is, hands down, one of the hardest working individuals we've ever come across. When he arrived on his first trial day we quickly realised there was no way we were going to let him go! With over 15 years experience as a Warehouse Manager, Carl is an integral member of the team that is always thinking of ways we can improve as a company. Carl's practical, friendly approach instantly puts customers at ease on a warehouse visit and his regimented efficiency ensures that their order arrives to them on schedule. Office Dog
Lola is probably the most important member of our team, keeping morale high and employees in check! When she's not laying down the law, Lola usually likes to kickback and relax upstairs in the office or sunbathe on the sun terrace. We try to keep her away from the showroom but if you'd like to say hello, she'll happily trot down the stairs for some additional attention. Lola's favourite stone is our Dijon tumbled limestone pavers... perfect for sunbathing!
