Delivery is contracted out to either a direct haulier or a pallet network. Please read the relevant information below to fully understand the delivery process and check if your site will require any special delivery instructions

Pallet Network Deliveries

  • Deliveries are contracted out on your behalf
  • Standard delivery is 2 working days if in stock and ordered pre-10am
  • Next Day delivery is available at a slight premium
  • All deliveries will be unloaded using a tail lift and hand-pump pallet truck
  • Most orders will be sent on an 18ton rigid lorry but the lorry could be bigger or smaller – please notify us via email prior to arranging delivery if you have specific requirements on vehicle size
  • All deliveries are classed as kerbside – it is at the drivers discretion to unload onto a drive or similar. Please note that if you have an accessible hard standing, flat surface then it shouldn’t be a problem to have the tiles unloaded to the onsite location of your choice
  • Deliveries are made anytime between 8.30am-5.30pm
  • A signature is required from an adult upon delivery – if there are any visible damages, please sign as such on the delivery note
  • Please ensure you have contingency to move the tiles if kerbside drop
  • If there are any access restrictions such as narrow lanes, low-level bridges etc then we must be notified by email prior to arranging the delivery
  • Failed deliveries will unfortunately incur redelivery charges. Please do give us a call to discuss delivery on 01509 416557 if you are unsure about any of the points raised above to ensure delivery runs smoothly

Direct Deliveries

  • We can arrange for goods to be sent direct from our warehouse without passing through networks
  • Loads of 5/6+ crates maybe cheaper on this dedicated service
  • If you require a moffit (forklift) delivery then this will need to be arranged via a direct delivery

Return Deliveries

We only accept full returns on our goods. If returning goods, it is imperative that the goods are well packed and secured prior to dispatch. We recommend taking photos of the packed crates/pallets in case there are damages during transport.

If any refunds are due, unfortunately these can not be processed until the goods have been received into our warehouse and checked.
