Showroom & Office Assistant - Quorn

Showroom & Office Assistant – Quorn

As a showroom and office assistant you will be self-driven, with a can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn. The role requires someone with good organisational skills that can effectively communicate with the warehouse and sales team. Daily tasks will include the following;

– Greet customers in the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide refreshments

– Manage sample inventory and package/arrange dispatch of samples to customers

– Liaise with the warehouse to ensure effective stock control of samples

– Opportunity to assist with managing our social media platforms

– Opportunity to assist our in-house photographer on shoot days

– Support the sales team when required

– Manage office supplies

– General housekeeping of the showroom 

This role would be best suited to a school leaver or someone eager to progress within the company. All applicants will need to be computer literate and some experience in a customer facing role would be beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00 (alternate)

Sales Advisor - Hemel Hempstead

Sales Advisor – Hemel Hempstead

As a sales advisor you will be self-driven, with a friendly can-do attitude and excellent personable skills. The role requires someone with good organisational skills that can effectively communicate with customers, the warehouse and sales team. Daily tasks will include the following;

– Answer incoming phone calls and assist with telephone/online orders

– Greet customers in the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide refreshments

– Guide customers around the showroom and provide general knowledge on stone/porcelain flooring, as well as product specific information

– Take an interest in customers projects/interiors and advise accordingly

– Use Sage50 to produce quotes, delivery notes and invoices

– Take payments and arrange deliveries

– Provide exemplary after-sales service

– Manage office/showroom supplies

– General housekeeping of the showroom

It is essential for all applicants to have a sales background and be comfortable working autonomously. All applicants will need to be computer literate and some experience in an interiors/luxury goods role would be beneficial. Full training will be provided.
