Complete New Build: Finished Project
As a company we have contacts with a number of property developers and have the joy of working closely with them when it comes to choosing the right flooring for the project. With each new build bringing ideas and possibilities, we offer a wide range of limestone, marble and porcelain, with wall and floor tile options. I had the chance to photograph a new build property right before the happy new homeowners moved in and wanted to share the stunning finished look of the house with a selection of our stone tiles.
This three-storey house has a grand entrance hall with our Crema Castello brushed limestone and a solid oak staircase.
Our limestone flooring then runs all the way through to the kitchen/dining area into a wide-open space. The light tones of the stone, bi-folding doors and a large skylight gives the room a bright and airy feel.
Next to this open plan layout is a smaller side room with our Appledore Limewash Oak porcelain wood planks – waiting to become a cosy snug room for the new homeowners. We can picture this space with a couple of sofas, a rug, coffee table and some good books on a shelf, with the fire burning and the smell of coffee. Our Appledore range of porcelain replicates the look of oak, with the added benefits of porcelain. Wood porcelain is hard wearing with easy maintenance, and offers consistency in colour and pattern as well as suitability for underfloor heating.
Going up the staircase, you reach the first floor with the first few bedrooms and two bathrooms with our Dijon brushed limestone and Charleston Light Grey limestone. This bathroom with our Dijon limestone has both floor and wall tiles, with our limestone strips as a lovely feature to the sink splash-back and bath tiles.
Our Charleston Light Grey limestone is a creamy, soft grey-to-beige stone in a brushed finish. We love the sleek feel to this bathroom with our tiles covering the shower area from floor to ceiling, along with the floor and sink splash-back – giving a luxury feel to the whole room.
Following up to the 3rd floor is the master bedroom and its spacious en suite. Our Light Jerusalem tumbled limestone was used for this en suite, with its creamy tones and subtle veining. The skylights and window beautifully bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and tranquil space, perfect for a bathroom.
We hope you enjoyed the photos of this new build project as much as we did! And hopefully it shows you the possibilities with limestone, marble and porcelain tiles. For our full product range have a browse of our website, where you can request up to 4 free samples of our beautiful stones.
